Robert “Bob” Wigley is a professional investigator licensed in Florida and Georgia. Bob is the Chief Executive Officer of Distinctive Investigations LLC, a firm that specializes in Legal and Cyber investigations. Bob is a Paraben Certified Smartphone Examiner and DS Mobile Operator. He is on the Board of Directors of the Florida Association of Private Investigator (FAPI) and a member of the Council of Association Leaders. Bob is a member of the Criminal Defense Investigation Training Council (CDITC). He is trained in Scientific Content Analysis (SCAN) of statement analysis. He is also a Certified Missing and Exploited Child Investigator (CMECI) and on the Special Response Team for the National Association for Missing and Exploited Children (NAMEC). He also serves as a Legal Investigator for McMahon and Associates Detective Division a Florida licensed agency established in 1991 and serves as a Tactical and Strategic Field Operator in Georgia and Florida for Laura Pettler and Associates Death Investigations, the only victim-centered scientific death investigations firm in the world. Bob is a retired US Air Force Veteran, completing his service with HQ Air Force Special Operations Command.

Jason Servo is a United States Air Force Veteran. He is a Former Major Crimes Detective with the East Multnomah County Major Crimes Team. Jason was Lead Detective on several lengthy Murder cases, all ending in an arrest and conviction. Jason had his own Private Investigation firm in Oregon for 11 years before moving to Florida. Jason is a recognized Subject Matter Expert in Firearms and Use of Force, having testified in many cases. He has completed the Reid Interview and Interrogation for Investigators training. He has real life experience supervising the processing of many crime scenes. He has interviewed and interrogated thousands of people. He has thousands of hours of real world experience in Surveillance, both mobile and stationary. Jason has had three of his Murder cases profiled on national television shows. Jason is a member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators and also the Alabama Private Investigators Association.

James White

James White is Chief of the Legal Division for Distinctive Investigations. He is a native of East Tennessee but settled in Navarre FL after 29 years of service in the United States Coast Guard. During the last 14 years of his Coast Guard career, he served as a Special Agent with the Coast Guard Investigative Services (CGIS). He is a 2002 graduate of the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center (FLETC) Criminal Investigations Training Program, Glynco, GA where he received extensive training in all aspects of federal law enforcement investigations. He has completed continued professional education in Advanced Interviewing, Advanced Proactive Service Operations, Sexual Assault/Child Molestation Investigations, Homicide/Suicide Investigations, Covert Electronic Surveillance, Human Behavior Pattern Recognition and Analysis, and Internet Profiling and Intelligence Gathering.

Throughout his law enforcement career, James has conducted both internal and external felony level criminal investigations falling under the cognizance of the Coast Guard. He further held assignments as a Task Force agent to an Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force and a Border Enforcement Security Task Force where he partnered with various federal, state and local Law Enforcement agencies to identify criminal activity through information analysis, document research, surveillance, the extensive use of informants and cooperating defendants as well as many other investigative techniques. Once sufficient evidence was obtained to present those cases to the to the United States Attorney’s Office for prosecution, he assisted the prosecution in the preparation of the cases for trial and testified to his findings in federal court.

As the Resident Agent in Charge for the Coast Guard Investigative Service in the Kingdom of Bahrain, James was responsible for the development and implementation of operational intelligence collection efforts that spanned throughout much of the Middle East. He was further responsible for the supervision of highly complex criminal investigations that spanned from the Middle East to Europe.

James is a Licensed Private Investigator and holds a B.A. in Intelligence Studies with a concentration in Law Enforcement Intelligence. He is a member of the Florida Association of Licensed Investigators (FALI) Florida Association of Private Investigators (FAPI) and the Tennessee Professional Investigators Association (TPIA).
